Cancellation Policy

Booking Services Policy Effective Date: 12/22/2023 Welcome to Northfork Tree Removal & Property Maintenance LLC. This Booking Services Policy outlines the terms and conditions for scheduling and using our services. By booking a service, you agree to comply with this policy. Please read it carefully. 1.1. Scheduling Services: Services can be scheduled through our website, by phone at (715) 567-0845, or by email at support@northforks.net. Booking is subject to availability, and we recommend scheduling services at least 48 hours in advance. 1.2. Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email or message once your booking is finalized. Please verify the details of your booking and notify us immediately of any discrepancies. Operating Hours: Services are provided Monday through Saturday during daylight hours. Sunday bookings are limited to emergency services only. 2.2. Service Area: Our services are available in [list service areas]. If your property lies outside our standard area, additional travel fees may apply Rescheduling: Rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time. We will make every effort to accommodate rescheduling but cannot guarantee availability. 3.2. Cancellations: Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are free of charge. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a fee equivalent to 50% of the service cost. 3.3. No-Show Policy: If our team arrives and is unable to access the property, a "no-show" fee of 50% of the service cost will apply. Payment Methods: We accept credit/debit cards, checks, and online payments through our secure payment portal. 4.2. Payment Timeline: Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon. 4.3. Subscription Services: Subscribers are billed on a recurring basis as outlined in the subscription agreement. 5.1. Property Access: Clients must ensure that the property is accessible and free of obstructions during the scheduled service time. Pets must be secured, and any hazards must be communicated in advance. 5.2. Scope of Work: Services will be performed as outlined in the booking confirmation. Additional requests must be approved and may incur extra charges. Weather Delays: In cases of severe weather, services may be delayed or rescheduled for safety reasons. We will notify you promptly of any changes. 6.2. Emergency Services: Emergency services are available for storm damage, fallen trees, and other urgent needs.
